2.2 One account per person

The 8811bet strictly allows one account per CPF, per email address, and per primary device. If the system detects multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, all accounts involved will be immediately closed and balances held for review. Attempting to create multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is considered fraud and subject to the penalties described in Section 8 of these Terms.

2.3 Identity verification (KYC)

8811bet may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or when irregular activity is suspected. Documents typically required are: a national ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH) — front and back — and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The entire process is completed online.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure at 8811bet — especially your password and two-factor authentication code, when enabled. 8811bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be ignored and reported to support immediately.

3.1 Keeping your information up to date

It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date on the platform. 3.2 Account closure by the user

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8811bet are conducted in BRL. The platform does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any other currency.

4.3 Bonus balance withdrawals

Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.

5.2 Bet cancellation and voiding

8811bet may void a bet in the following situations:

• The event was cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or ended prematurely before a result was determined;
• A technical error resulted in an incorrect odd being published on the platform (a clearly erroneous odd);
• The event was identified as subject to result manipulation by a competent authority;
• The bet was placed with invalid details or on a suspended account.

In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned in full to the account balance.

5.3 Minimum odds for bonus progression

Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward fulfilling the bonus rollover at 8811bet. Bets placed on markets with odds below this threshold are applied to the real balance but do not contribute to unlocking the bonus balance.

5.4 Cash out

The cash out feature is available for most live bets and some pre-match bets on 8811bet. The cash out value is calculated automatically based on current odds and may change at any time. 8811bet reserves the right to withdraw cash out availability for specific events or markets without prior notice.

6.1 Welcome bonus

The 8811bet welcome bonus is automatically credited to the first account created per CPF, following the first qualifying deposit, matching 100% of the deposited amount up to R$ 500.00. The specific conditions are:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Rollover: 5x the bonus amount received;
• Minimum odds for rollover eligibility: 1.50;
• Rollover completion period: 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Valid for Sports Betting only (casino bets do not count toward the sports bonus rollover);
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

If the rollover requirement is not met within the established timeframe, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically removed from the account with no right of appeal.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of technical downtime that prevents access to or completion of bets, 8811bet will make reasonable efforts to restore the service as quickly as possible, but accepts no liability for lost profits resulting from temporary unavailability.
